Community Guidelines

Effective Date: December 18, 2025

These Community Guidelines are an integral part of the Origin Social Terms of Service. They apply to Juno (Romantic), Astra (Professional), Numa (Social) and application, website, feature, product, or other services that provides a link to these Guidelines (collectively, “Services”). Our goal is to foster a respectful, authentic, and safe environment for all users. By using our Services, you agree to abide by these rules, which are supplemental to our Terms of Service. See the Acceptable Use Policy and the Special State and Country Terms for additional rules and disclosures regarding your interactions with our Services.

1. Core Principles

  • Authenticity: Be yourself and represent your true identity, age, and intentions. Do not create fake profiles or use our services for spam.
  • Respect: Treat all members with courtesy and respect, both on and off our platform. Harassment, bullying, and hate speech are strictly prohibited.
  • Safety First: Prioritize your personal safety and the safety of others. Report any conduct that threatens or violates personal boundaries.
  • No Commercial Use: Our platforms are for personal relationship, coaching, or social-seeking purposes only. Do not use the Services for advertising, soliciting, or commercial gain.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited on all Origin Social Services:

  • Violence and Harm: Promoting, encouraging, or facilitating violence, self-harm, hate speech, terrorism, or other illegal acts.
  • Sexual Exploitation & Nudity: Any content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, or involves non-consensual sexual acts, sexual harassment, or the exploitation of minors.
  • Harassment and Bullying: Targeting a user with abusive language, threats, stalking, or doxxing (sharing their private, identifying information).
  • Impersonation & Misrepresentation: Pretending to be another person, a public figure, or an affiliate of Origin Social. Lying about your age, qualifications, or intentions.
  • Intellectual Property Infringement: Posting content for which you do not have the legal rights, including copyrighted photos, videos, or trade secrets.
  • Misuse of AI: Using the AI features to generate malicious, harassing, discriminatory, or Prohibited Content. Attempts to bypass safety filters or use the AI for unauthorized scraping are also prohibited.
  • Financial Fraud: Posting content or using the Services to promote scams, phishing, or soliciting funds or financial information from other users.

3. Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right to, but make no representations that we do, monitor content.

Reporting: We encourage you to report any content or conduct you believe violates these Guidelines using the reporting tools provided in our Services.

Action: If we determine a violation has occurred, we may take action including, but not limited to: removing the violating content, issuing a warning, suspending the account, or permanent termination of the account.
